Process- Heat Treatment

Key Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for achieving the special process output targets as per plan and schedule

2. Track various steps of heat treatment and other special processes to ensure quality output

3. Ensure adherence to process, quality and maintenance norms and procedures of SFL

4. Provide support in functional activities, execution of improvement initiatives and new process development projects

5. Responsible for supervising Blue Collar associates engaged in the special processes
