• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing or operational processes to enhance yield, quality, cycle time, and cost efficiency.
• Analyze process performance using data insights and root cause analysis techniques.
• Identify and troubleshoot process issues, deviations, and bottlenecks to ensure seamless operations.
• Lead or support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen.
• Select and qualify diamond tools based on material properties, optimizing feeds, speeds, and coolant usage to reduce tool wear.
• Establish and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, control plans, and process flow diagrams.
