Process Engineer

At Leica Microsystems, we support cutting‑edge life sciences diagnostics. The Process Engineer will participate in sustaining existing products, introducing new products, and improving processes for our optics operations in Singapore.

• Drive product and process sustainment performance, lead First Pass Yield improvement initiatives by analysing defect, reject, and scrap data, and implementing corrective actions to improve quality performance and reduce manufacturing cost.
• Support customer quality and engineering governance activities, including customer quality improvement efforts, Engineering Change (EC), and Material Review Board (MRB) processes, ensuring timely root‑cause analysis and effective corrective and preventive actions.
