Process Engineer

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical design or a related field. Minimum 1 year of basic mechanical product design experience or Production Engineer experience. Proficient in SOLIDWORKS, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of plastic molds, plastic product structure, performance, and molding principles. Familiarity with metal, rubber, and related component manufacturing processes. Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork and communication skills. Able to complete assigned tasks efficiently and on time. Responsible for PCB repair and production testing/debugging. Experience in debugging ultrasonic welding machines and injection molding machines; experience with automatic soldering machines or dispensing machines is an advantage. Ability to debug printer-related production equipment. Prepare work instructions, production documents, and follow up on assembly fixtures. Required to travel to China for training.
