Process Engineer

We’re looking for a Process Engineer to join our Production team and make a direct impact on efficiency, standardization, and problem-solving in a structured, global industrial environment.

Your impact in this role:

• Analyze and optimize production processes (time studies, methods, line balancing ).
• Implement standard work / defined work and operational standardization.
• Apply FMEA (AMEF) to prevent risk and improve process reliability.
• Lead and support 2 Process Technicians (follow-up, development, execution).
• Partner with Production and Quality on root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
