PROCESS ENGINEER

Responsibilities

To come out with product packaging information standard, standard operating procedure for machineries and operations.

To design part or solve for engineering process problem.

To liaise with other department to solve process problem.

To be able to write technical writing related to machines and working procedure.

To monitor process/ production work flow in order to achieve the production KPI.

To understand and resolve any issue happened in production line.

Conduct study, understand existing production flow and suggest idea to improve/enhance current process flow.

To develop SOP and Ol to ensure critical processes and control points are properly controlled and documented for consistent performance.
