Process Engineer (FOL/MOL/SFA)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for the process yield and establish and implement corrective actions to improve yield.
• Pan and execute process improvement projects in line with business metrics.
• Responsible to define KPIV, conduct gage R&R studies, correlation studies & implement statistical process control for key processes.
• Responsible for the process documentation (e.g., Manufacturing instructions, visual aids, etc.).
• To participate in new product transfer (NPI) programs to ensure smooth transitions from R&D manufacturing phase.
• To effectively participate in new product transfer from the R&D phase to manufacturing.
• To fully understand the necessary controls, equipment, precautions, and setup parameters to meet the product specifications.
