Job description: Job Summary Tetra Pak is looking for a Process Lead to strengthen our team in Budaörs, Hungary.
In this role, you will take full responsibility for an entire production area, ensuring the effective and stable operation of its processes. You will lead and coordinate Process, Quality, and Maintenance Engineers by developing their capabilities and empowering them to drive performance. Additionally, you will govern loss‑eradication initiatives and sustain results by strengthening preventive maintenance practices within your area.
