Process Engineer 1

Position Summary

Take ownership of yield improvement initiatives, defect analysis, and root‑cause investigations to drive process and product quality. Work collaboratively with manufacturing, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to develop corrective actions, validate improvements, and prepare milestone reports.

Education / Experience Requirements

• Degree in Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Chemistry.
• Computer knowledge; Minitab experience a plus.
• 2–3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in medical devices.
