Process Development (Lithography) Senior Technician

The ams OSRAM Opto Semiconductors business offers high-performance opto semiconductor components and in-depth support for state-of-the-art system solutions based on innovative semiconductor light sources. Responsibilities

• Support Frontend Process Development engineers in releasing new processes and setting up equipment.
• Assist Frontend Process Development engineers and chip developers in executing assigned lithography tasks, including experimental process steps and DOE activities.
• Perform hands-on front-end processes and monitor R&D experimental lots.
• Handle characterization and production tools like microscopes, SEM, EDX, FIB, CD/OVL measurement tool.
• Provide process training and guidance to the production team.
• Lead assigned projects focused on process improvements.
