Process Development Engineer | Covering expert

At Itera Mobility Engineering, we are seeking a Process Development Engineer with expertise in covering to join our automotive engineering team.

This project requires support in our client´s plant at Czech republic, so travel availability is a must.

Main functions to develop:

- Development and optimization of lamination and covering processes for industrial and/or automotive components. - Definition of process parameters, work instructions, and operating standards. - Participation in the industrialization of new products and project launches. - Coordination of validation testing for materials, adhesives, films, coatings, and covering processes. - Monitoring and improvement of production KPIs: quality, scrap, efficiency, OEE, cycle times, and productivity. - Analysis and resolution of process issues using structured methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, etc.). - Technical support to Production during incidents and on-site escalations. - Coordination with supplie...
