We are working with a top-tier US law firm seeking to hire a Corporate M&A / Private Equity Associate (3 PQE) to join its high-performing team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, cross-border M&A and private equity transactions, advising leading sponsors, corporates and financial institutions within a fast-paced, premium deal environment.

You will work closely with market-leading partners on complex transactions, with strong responsibility and client exposure from an early stage.
