Role Description

Alantra Private Debt is the firm’s private debt platform, providing flexible, long‑term financing solutions to European mid‑market companies across corporate direct lending and real‑estate debt strategies. Since inception, the platform has raised over €1.0billion and completed more than 60 transactions, with teams based in Madrid and Milan. The team is currently seeking an Analyst to support investment activities across its strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction execution: Analyse target companies and markets, review due diligence materials, build detailed financial models, prepare investment committee memoranda and support legal documentation review.
• Portfolio monitoring: Track portfolio performance and assess the financial position of portfolio companies, including the preparation of periodic internal and investor reports.
