Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Process Engineer (Senior/Principal) to support the development and manufacturing of III‑V semiconductor devices. The role focuses on III‑V epitaxy and wafer fabrication process development to support both R&D activities and production. The engineer will work on process optimization, yield improvement, cost control, and new product introduction (NPI), while collaborating with cross‑functional and international teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, optimize, and qualify III‑V epitaxial growth and related wafer fabrication processes to support R&D and manufacturing.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance yield, process stability, and manufacturing efficiency.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) and work on yield enhancement, cost reduction, and cycle time improvement.
