REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: 11+ years 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Mendix (Expert Certified)Proven experience in large-scale Mendix implementations (multi-app, multi-geo, mission-critical programs)Deep expertise in Mendix application lifecycle management, cloud-native deployments, CI/CD, DevOps, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)Strong knowledge of security frameworks (OAuth2, SSO, GDPR, data compliance), performance optimization, and resilience designHands-on integration experience with SAP, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka/ESBExperience establishing and scaling a Mendix Center of Excellence (CoE), governance models, and reusable component librariesStrong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage CxOs, Enterprise Architects, and Delivery LeadersExperience defining and enforcing best pract...
