This role is about driving real growth through channel excellence, market expansion, and commercial discipline — not just managing existing revenue.

What You Will Own

• Full P&L responsibility for international surgical stapling business.
• Build and optimize distributor-driven markets (EMEA, APAC, LATAM).
• Define channel strategy, pricing governance, and margin structure.
• Drive market access and hospital penetration in key regions.
• Partner with clinical and marketing teams to accelerate adoption.
• Build and lead an international commercial team.
• Direct reporting line to global CEO with high level of autonomy.
