Pre-Contracts Coordinator

The IPP Solutions Coordinator provides essential coordination, administrative, and documentation support for the APAC bid and opportunity pipeline. This role supports the Bid Manager and Commercial team by organizing bid activities, coordinating inputs, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring stakeholder alignment throughout the opportunity lifecycle.

What you’ll do:

• Bid Workflow Coordination: Coordinate and track the end-to-end bid process, including monitoring schedules, managing internal contributor inputs, and supporting internal reviews.
