Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional dispensing of eyewear, lenses, and contact lenses
- Perform adjustments, repairs, and fittings
- Ensure compliance with BC opticianry standards and regulations
- Manage daily store operations, scheduling, and workflow
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Drive sales performance and meet store targets
- Manage inventory, ordering, and merchandising
- Handle patient concerns with professionalism and care
Qualifications
- Licensed Optician in good standing in British Columbia (required)
