We are seeking an experienced Pouching Line Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our packaging line while actively operating and troubleshooting pouching equipment in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands production flow, machine operation, and team coordination. The ideal candidate has prior experience running automated pouching or packaging machinery and can confidently lead a small production crew while keeping quality, efficiency, and safety standards on track.
