Overview
The Barcelona Supercomputing Center (BSC‑CNS) invites applications for a Postdoctoral Researcher in our Transcriptomics and Functional Genomics Lab. The role focuses on integrative analysis of transcriptomic and other omics data to elucidate gene expression variation across individuals and tissues, linking changes in coding and non‑coding genes to disease.
Key Duties
- Large‑scale analysis of transcriptomic datasets
- Research and benchmarking of bioinformatics tools for the group and collaborative projects
- Development and automation of genomic data analysis pipelines in HPC environments
- Evaluation, interpretation, and integration of the results
Requirements
- Education
- PhD in bioinformatics
