Portfolio Manager

Responsibilities

• Ensuring that all portfolio activities are aligned with overarching organizational strategies and objectives. Communicating portfolio strategies clearly to teams to ensure consistent direction and focus.
• Identifying and tracking dependencies between projects across tribes.
• Facilitating collaboration and communication between teams to resolve cross‑functional dependencies. Generating regular reports on portfolio health, financial performance, and KPIs for senior leadership.
• Collaborating with teams to assess the impact of identified risks and determine mitigation strategies.
• Regularly review risk exposure and report on risk status to leadership, highlighting critical areas.
