Monday to Friday
Part-Time/30 Hours
Pay Rate: $15-$17/hr Porter / Maintenance Technician is responsible for indoor and outdoor maintenance. Candidates must be skilled in drywall repair, painting, light plumbing, basic electrical, basic carpentry, and cleaning preferred. The position is also responsible for grounds maintenance and snow removal. Must be able to adapt to changing work priorities. Must be self-motivated and enjoy working independently as well as on a team. Strong customer service skills are required and experience working with seniors is a plus. Will be responsible to cover on-call emergencies on a rotation basis. Job Requirements:
- Maintenance experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Job duties include but are not limited to:
