Production Material Planning & Coordination

• Lead and supervise the Production Planners and Material Planners in preparing material plans to support SMT, PCB assembly, sub‑assembly, and Box Build schedules.
• Ensure timely issuance and readiness of materials for all production lines.
• Coordinate closely with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, and QA.
• Monitor production plan achievement and identify risks such as shortages, MSL‑sensitive components, or long lead‑time items.

Inventory & Warehouse Management

• Oversee the Warehouse Team, including receiving, storing, issuing, and line‑side material replenishment.
• Ensure warehouse operations comply with FIFO, MSL, ESD, 5S, and safety standards.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid shortages, downtime, or excess stock.
