ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
:
Greet all guest with eye contact and a warm welcome as they enter the dining area. Maintain a proactive guest service approach at all times. Assist with seating guests as needed (in the absence of the hostess) Provide fast, friendly professional and responsive customer service to hotel & restaurant guest & staff. Serve food and beverage in accordance with standards and in a professional courteous manner. Maintain knowledge of all menu items and composition Adhere to all Brand Standards regarding Food and Beverage and Service Assist with the set up and cleanliness of the Restaurant.
