JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for installation and repair to all plumbing fixtures. Responsible for assisting in maintenance and repair of all HVAC unit systems. Helps to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local Laws and OSHA Regulations. Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team. Promotes outstanding customer relations. Performs all other duties as assigned. JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Five (5) years experience in plumbing. Must have a valid driver’s license. Able to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to read blue prints and do job layouts. Must be able to lift Fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty. Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery during employment.
