Summary

/Objective:The Plating Engineer Supervisor is responsible for continuous improvement of the plating process on quality, on time delivery and cost. The Plating Engineering Supervisor is the leader of the Plating Process Engineering team in development, testing and implementation of new materials and technology. The Plating Engineering Supervisor is responsible for the oversight of test plan development, administration of process recipes, industrial engineering functions, and project management. Essential Functions/ Responsibilities:

Support global Plating Operations with a high level of integrity with the evaluation, development and implementation of new processes, materials and technologies.These continuous improvement efforts will be directed towards safety, quality, service, and cost.

Lead cross-functional teams for process control and improvement projects, supported by the use of Six Sigma Tools as DOE, hypothesis testing, SPC, etc.
