We are seeking a driven and personable Client Service Analyst to join the Client Service team to help service the company’s rapidly growing client base. A successful candidate will be a highly collaborative team player who is eager to provide white glove service. They thrive in fast paced entrepreneurial environments, have exceptional attention to detail, and are service-oriented collaborators.

• Drive successful client outcomes by assisting new and existing clients through active communication by processing client requests, and providing guidance throughout the transaction process (Pre-Trade, Trade, and Post Trade)
• Support clients with transfers, capital calls, AML/KYC, redemptions, and other ad hoc requests
• Collect, analyze and process client information
• Become a subject matter expert on the platform and help clients understand the mechanics of the platform
