Overview
We're hiring a hands‑on Platform / Dev Ops Engineer to join a small, high‑impact platform team. This is a “boots‑on‑the‑ground” execution role— not advisory— focused on building, operating, and improving the infrastructure and tooling that enables 100–150 engineers to ship code efficiently and reliably. You'll work closely with a lean team (Principal + Senior Engineers) and play a critical role in day‑to‑day platform operations, automation, and developer enablement.
