Platform Data Engineer

Role Overview

You will be joining a small technical team of Platform Data Engineers with diverse skills and experience. The job requires a motivated individual who is experienced in taking responsibility, working both individually and as part of a team. You will work closely with internal application teams, external partners, and security teams to ensure files are transferred securely, reliably, and in line with compliance requirements.

Operational Support

• Provide support for several Secure File Transfer platforms, primarily Axway SecureTransport
• Monitor SFT services to ensure availability, performance, and successful file delivery
• Investigate and resolve failed, delayed, or duplicate file transfers
• Analyse logs, alerts, and error messages to identify root causes
• Escalate issues to 3rd line or vendors where required, following support processes
