Role Responsibilities

• Lead the complete HR function for the manufacturing plant as Plant HR Head.
• Drive overall people strategy and HR operations aligned with plant and business objectives, including IR initiatives & maintain a healthy shop-floor environment
• Handle union management, wage settlements, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and long-term settlements.
