Planning Manager

Develop, review and maintain baseline programs for tender, pre‑construction and execution stages.

Prepare detailed construction programs showing sequencing logic links and resource allocation in line with project strategy.

Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Commercial teams to ensure alignment between schedule, scope, and budget.

Identify critical paths, float and potential bottlenecks, recommending mitigation measures proactively.

Prepare and update weekly and monthly progress reports including S‑Curves, Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and delay impact assessments.

Conduct site visits to validate progress and ensure data integrity in the program updates.

Forecast completion dates and analyze deviations between planned and actual progress.
