We are seeking a motivated and relationship‑driven Physician Recruiter to support provider recruitment efforts across Southern New Mexico. This role is responsible for building strong pipelines of qualified physicians and advanced practice providers while partnering closely with hiring leaders, medical staff offices, and community stakeholders. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, enjoys building relationships, and thrives in a fast‑paced, high‑impact environment.
