Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Rubicon Health Solutions in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Leadership & Operations Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership of pharmacy operations including staffing, scheduling, and workflow management.
• Perform staff performance reviews and support recruitment, training, and development.
• Promote a positive work environment aligned with Rubicon's patient-first culture and ensure labour policies are upheld.
• Collaborate with the Front Store team to enhance patient care services.
• Apply an entrepreneurial mindset to support growth of clinical services and LTC business.
• Manage inventory and operational targets to support efficiency and quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Saskatchewan College of Pharmacy Professionals.
