Key Duties

Provide medication counselling and support to patients, answering their questions and addressing concernsCollaborate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and nurses, to optimize patient careConduct medication reviews and ensure safe and effective medication managementMaintain accurate patient records and manage pharmacy inventory
