Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Performance Tester with experience in banking or financial services environments to ensure the scalability, stability, and reliability of critical applications and systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in performance testing tools, strong analytical skills, and experience supporting high-volume, mission-critical platforms within the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests for banking and financial applications
• Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide recommendations for optimization
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams to resolve performance-related issues
• Prepare workload models, test scenarios, and test data based on business and transaction volumes
