Performance Marketing ManagerOur client is seeking a talented Performance Marketing Manager to join our small but growing marketing team and accelerate recruiter acquisition. Your focus will be driving customer growth through LinkedIn Ads—our most important channel for reaching recruiters and agencies. You’ll own the full funnel from campaign strategy to execution and constantly look for ways to optimize performance. This role comes with a lot of ownership and experimentation—if you have a hypothesis on how to improve conversion rates, we’ll test it.Responsibilities:

Own campaign strategy and execution for LinkedIn Ads while maintaining CAC and ROAS targets.
