PERFORMANCE MANAGER

An opportunity for an AOS & Performance Management Specialist has arisen within Airbus Operations, Getafe (Madrid). The selected candidate will join the AOS Operational Excellence and Performance department. AOS (Airbus Operating System) is our standardized framework designed to drive continuous improvement and business performance. Our team acts as the heartbeat of the Getafe Plant, bringing departments together around common goals to ensure a robust flow of products and information. We bridge the gap between strategic objectives (TCO) and operational reality, working closely with the Plant Steering Committee and key stakeholders (Quality, Planning, CDTs) to measure success and implement Lean methodologies that improve our bottom line.
