Responsibilities

• Identify gaps and opportunities through performance monitoring, leading actionable plans for value creation and operational efficiency.
• Drive improvements on outlet productivity through effective performance review and tracking.
• Identify new data dimensions and develop strategic lead indicators based on evolving business requirements.
• Evaluate and implement best practices to support analytics and reporting needs.
• Act as custodian of Sales Power BI data models, ensuring they meet business needs and provide consistent data analysis and insights.
