We are looking for a highly analytical and strategically sharp Performance Creative Strategist who can directly impact paid media performance.
You will own the creative strategy engine across platforms and be accountable for improving:
CPM | CTR | CVR | CPA | Creative Hit Rate
This role is about building a scalable, structured creative flywheel not random ad ideas.

You must operate with a performance-first mindset.
You are expected to:
• Think in terms of CPM, CTR, CVR, and CPA not only aesthetics, while aligning with brand
guidelines
• Treat every creative as a measurable growth lever
• Improve and track Creative Hit Rate
• Maintain high creative velocity
• Build and manage a structured creative testing system
