In this role, the successful candidate Assists in implementation of the nursing process by performing direct and indirect patient care to assigned patients under the supervision of the Registered Professional Nurse. Assists in maintaining an orderly and safe patient care environment and unit.

Job Responsibilities:

Assists withAdmission/Transfer/Discharge of patients:Orients patient to hospital environment. Provides patient with toileting supplies. Assists patient to remove clothes, complete property check list and safeguard personal property through Security. Assists in transfer of patients by gatheringbelongings, completionof clothinglist and assisting in moving the patient. Prepares bedside unit to receive patients.
