Job Summary

We are looking for a forward-thinking intern who lives at the intersection of Human Resources, Process Architecture, and Artificial Intelligence. You won't just be managing paperwork; you will be the architect of our digital transformation. Your mission is twofold: optimizing our talent acquisition engine using Gem AI and Greenhouse, and mapping the Rubrik Journey by streamlining workflows and building a world-class internal knowledge base.

What You’ll Do:

AI & Systems Integration: Assist in the rollout of Gem AI within our Greenhouse ATS to revolutionize how we source and engage talent.

Process Mapping & Architecture: Partner with HR, Payroll, and IT to document end-to-end workflows (onboarding, internal mobility, etc.) to bring clarity to global People processes.
