What the Role Entails
Key Responsibilities
HRSSC Operations: Prepare, review, and issue employment contracts, renewal letters, and addendums in accordance with templates and policy guidelines. Track contract expiration and initiate timely renewals or terminations with proper documentation. Ensure all contractual documents are uploaded and maintained accurately in Workday or document repositories. Manage end-to-end employee life cycle transactions in Workday (e.g., hiring, job changes, terminations, international transfer and/or mobility). Support salary changes, one-time payment...
