HR Coordinator
What you’ll do:
- Recruitment process: Assist injob postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews. Prepare offer letters in liaison with the HRS and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure that the HR practices and policies are in line with Eaton Philosophy & Values.
- Ensure that HRMS data is accurate and Talent Hub tools are fully utilized.
- Work with the business to manage the performance management process including objective setting, development planning and calibration. Support business to proactively manage poor performers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records. Handle employee documentation, including contracts.
- Assist with payroll processing and resolve payroll-related inquiries. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and programs.
