Competitive daily rate of $1200/day versus 40% of production
About this office…
-Location: 127 East Main Street, Suite 131, Middletown, NY 10940
-The office is located right near the 19.5 mile Heritage Trail as well as restaurants and shopping in the vicinity
-Schedule: Fulltime
-Multi provider practice with General Dentist, Pediatric Dentist and Periodontist
-Our collaborative team participates in many community events and team building activities
-You'll have clinical support from our Pediatric Clinical Partner, Dr. Scott Peters
