Position : Payroll Operations Analyst

Work Set-Up : Hybrid-2x per week onsite.

Location: Ayala, Makati City

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Payroll Processing

• Collaborate with the Data & Inquiry Management Team to ensure all payroll inputs are complete and ready for processing.

• Review payroll results for completeness, validity, and accuracy, including statutory and compliance calculations.

• Apply company’s payroll policies (e.g., timing of workforce changes, payroll rates) to validate payroll outputs.

• Interpret country-specific legislative and compliance requirements to assess payroll accuracy and resolve errors.

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies before payroll cutoff deadlines.

• Execute payroll activities in accordance with the established Payroll Calendar.
