Payroll Specialist
Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll from start to finish in compliance with local regulations. The role includes processing semi‑monthly payroll for the UK, engaging in audit requirements, reconciling payroll data, maintaining the payroll system, and delivering reports to Operations and HR.
Job Responsibilities
- Process semi‑monthly payroll for the UK, ensuring accurate calculations of gross to net pay.
- Generate and send exception reports to Operations and completion reports to HR for government ID verification.
- Review and process payroll discrepancies, making necessary entries in the payroll system.
- Coordinate with local agencies for tax, savings, health and social insurance reporting and payments.
- Validate submitted reports from different feeders and reconcile payroll results.
