Payroll Partner (Supervisory level)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Accounting or equivalent education/experience
• Extensive experience as payroll partner or minimum of 3 years of experience in Payroll

Must have:

• In-depth knowledge of applicable payroll practices and laws.
• Strong understanding of human resource management principles, practices and procedures.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High level of self-motivation.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Proven analytical, evaluative and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
