What You'll Do
- Review all new hires in the payroll system to ensure accuracy and process any necessary corrections
- Calculate and process termination payments
- Process salary changes, calculate back pay and additional earnings such as overtime and shift allowances
- Calculate deductions and ensure employees’ sick leave and vacation time are accurate
- Provide support to stores regarding payroll matters, delivering outstanding customer service to internal customers addressing all payroll-related questions and concerns
Who You’ll Work With
You will be part of the Payroll Department, collaborating closely with colleagues in Accounting, Legal, Controlling and HR, as well as store teams.
Who You Are
- A degree in Labour Relations or Law
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience running the full payroll process, either in an in‑house payroll department or within a payroll service provider...
