The Ideal Candidate would hold:

  • Previous recruitment industry experience

  • Healthcare would be beneficial

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Well organised and have the ability to work to tight deadlines

  • Hands on Payroll Manager within fast paced industry

  • Full control of payroll department working with the complexities of systems and regulations

  • Currently managing weekly payments for contractors which can be via multi payment methods

  • Taking ownership of client billing process and updating invoice financing facility
