Patient Support Program Project Manager

Roche seeks a dedicated Project Manager for a one-year contract in Mississauga, ON. Focus on executing and monitoring Patient Support Programs to ensure a high-quality patient experience.
As the Project Manager, you will lead cross-functional teams in the planning and execution of Patient Support Program transitions. You are responsible for translating brand strategies into actionable change management plans while prioritizing patient continuity and operational excellence. Your role spans the full lifecycle, from design to risk management, ensuring the coordination between vendors is seamless and effective.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and execution of transitions between vendors
• Develop detailed roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables
